Important Note: LazySeed does not store or maintain any user data on its own servers. All processing is done in real-time, and any data collection or storage is handled by our third-party service providers.

• OpenAI API:

By using LazySeed, you acknowledge and agree that:

• LazySeed is not responsible for how these services collect, use, or store your data
• Any data you provide may be processed and stored by these third-party services according to their policies

LazySeed is not responsible for any issues, errors, or liabilities arising from your use of these third-party services or their handling of your data.

4. Product Recommendations

LazySeed may provide product recommendations from Botannical Interests. These recommendations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an endorsement or warranty of any kind. We strongly encourage you to perform your own research and due diligence before making any purchases or financial decisions based on these recommendations.

5. User Responsibilities

When using LazySeed, you agree to:

IN NO EVENT SHALL LAZYSEED, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the United States of America, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LazySeed regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether written or oral.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on LazySeed. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
